Social Events Sales Executive (m/f/d)

You love bringing people together and creating special occasions – from private dinners and birthdays to elegant weddings and exclusive corporate gatherings. You have a strong sense for trends, market opportunities and creative sales strategies.

With charm, professionalism, and strong organizational skills, you guide our guests through the full event journey – from the first enquiry to successful execution and beyond. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Kitchen and Operations to create exceptional events and long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and sell social events, private dining and events for 10+ guests

Proactively generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships

Create tailor‑made proposals, packages and sales strategies

Conduct site inspections, hotel show rounds and client meetings

Manage the full booking journey: enquiry, proposal, planning, execution and follow‑up

Work closely with Marketing to promote venues via website and social media

Lead festive season sales initiatives such as Christmas parties, New Year’s Eve and themed events

Ensure contracts, deposits, billing and administration are handled accurately

Analyse performance metrics including conversion rates and revenue generation

Qualifications

Experience in hotel sales, event sales or F&B venue sales

Strong commercial mindset and passion for driving revenue

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Creative mindset with understanding of marketing and digital positioning

High level of ownership and accountability

Team player with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills

Excellent German and English skills
