Job Title: Sales Area Support ManagerThe Sales Area Support Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, working closely with local and international sales, marketing, and technical experts to bring our product offerings to customers.Key Responsibilities:Supporting Sales and Marketing in Assigned Regions: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives in designated areas.Developing Annual Sales Plans: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans, defining budgets for key projects in assigned regions.Contract Negotiation and Preparation: Assist in tender and contract negotiations, working with sales areas on contract preparation.Customer Service and Relationship Building: Improve customer service levels, establish, and maintain strong relationships with customers.Industry and Market Insights: Provide timely feedback on industry and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for sales support to streamline the sales process.Presentation and Forecasting: Prepare detailed presentations and action plans, as well as short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports/analysis.Requirements:Education and Experience: Relevant master's or bachelor's degree or HTL in combination with a proven track record in designated fields of work, at least 5 years' professional experience in Mining, Tunneling, or heavy equipment industry.Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbally).Skills and Qualities: Result-driven approach, creating and executing strategies and ambitious plans; flexibility, problem-solving, innovation, and analytical skills; willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).
