Responsibilities
1. Lead problem management efforts, including external moderation and team improvements
2. Handle P1/P2 incident management and conduct 8D root cause analysis and lessons learned
3. Oversee a specific cost center regarding forecasting, purchase orders, and bills
4. Ensure proper cost center separation and adherence to SLAs
5. Manage upgrades for Windows 11 clients and servers, including IT OT Server PM, Windows Server, and Linux Server
6. Oversee daily operations and serve as the main partner for local technical services
7. Conduct regular status meetings with infrastructure teams (local and global)
8. Collaborate with the global support team for service center transitions
Qualifications
* Successfully completed studies in Informatics, Electronics, or a comparable field
* Proven experience in IT and OT solution management
* Familiarity with Windows and Linux server management, IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL), and ServiceNow
* Knowledge of cost center management and license management
* Strong understanding of infrastructure management and technical services
* Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills
* Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and projects
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills
* Fluent English language skills; German is an advantage
