About The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Austria (Remote working within Austria is available) to help lead the growth of Siemens Digital Industries within the Central & Eastern Europe Region (Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Albania (There will be up to 50% to travel with this role).

Your main responsibility will be to engage with our large accounts and look for opportunities in areas where we can add value for our customers. You will be working with a professional team of experienced pre-sales consultants and our professional services team towards closing these opportunities and increasing revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

* As part of the software sales team, you will lead and implement industry focused, consultative and value selling engagements (typically large to enterprise-size companies) through productive business relationships with customers and prospects.
* Use appropriate methods, lead the formation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive the sales cycle and close the deals.
* Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with the customer around business challenges and the value of our industrial software (PLM / MES / IOT) solutions to address such with appropriate Return on Investment justification.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and planning
* Represent Siemens in accordance with our values and expectations
* Participate in (international) events both internal as well as external

Qualifications

* You will have a proven track record in successfully closing complex deals in a B2B environment, Ideally within industrial software and ideally within the automotive shipping or food and beverage sector.
* A passion for sales, with a "never give up" mentality.
* A Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and build long term relationships with our key customers.
* Have an ability to have fun while exceeding your targets
* Excellent business communication skills in English must, any other CEE languages are advantageous.
* Experience within the manufacturing software sector is highly desirable, e.g. PLM, MES, IOT
