Senior Full-Stack Developer (w/m/x) - Vienna, AT
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced senior full-stack developer to join our team as a full-time working employee. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in designing and building complex systems - from architecture to deployment - ideally in an enterprise environment. This position requires a strong understanding of best practices in software development, the ability to work in a team, and the ability to work independently on complex projects:
* Design, develop and maintain high-quality and scalable web and mobile applications
* Participation in all phases of the software development cycle
* Initial creation of well-documented and testable code
* Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other developers
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues
* Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in web and mobile development
* Mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall knowledge of the team
Your Qualifications
* Degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Hands-on experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development
* Proven experience with React, React Native, and C#
* Proven track record with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)
* In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
* Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture
* Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
* Experience with agile development methods (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and cooperation skills
* Fluency in German and/or English is a prerequisite
Bonus points
* Experience with specific test frameworks (e.g. XUnit, Playwright)
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD)
* Experience in dealing with legacy code
* Experience with PHP, Java, Backbone, jQuery
* Contributions to open-source projects
* Own projects to showcase the experience

Salary
The actual minimum salary is 75,000 EUR gross per year (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The collective agreement IT-KV ( EDV-KV ) applies.
Overtime
Any accrued overtime is partially compensated in the form of time off and partially paid out.
