Responsibilities
* Support of distributor and customer meetings, trade fairs, and events both nationally and internationally
* Preparation and follow‑up of presentations and reports for internal events
* Acting as a contact person for internal enquiries and collecting customer and distributor data
* Document management of contracts, certificates, and other documents
* Creation of CRM and training materials for the sales team and other stakeholders
* Ongoing maintenance of customer and distributor data in the CRM system
* Proactive support of the international sales team in administrative matters
Profile / Qualifications
* At least 2–4 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* Experience in event management
* Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage
* Highly structured, analytical, and independent working style
* Excellent German and English skills
* Additional foreign languages advantageous
* Committed and open personality with a high degree of team spirit
Salary
