We at the George Product team are looking for a Technical Analyst (all genders) who is a quick learner, analytical, able to take initiative and design solutions that align with business requirements. Critical thinking for you means transforming chaos into method and method into direction. You are organized, a natural communicator, and can collaborate across web and mobile platforms, fostering shared understanding. You a purpose-driven, stand by your suggestions and are empathetic; supporting colleagues (developers, testers, designers) by seeing things from their perspectives.
What to do:
10. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements
11. Identifying and suggesting enhancements, ensuring alignment and clarity
12. Designing effective solutions and clearly documenting them for teams and partners
13. Facilitating discussions that create shared understanding across roles
14. Supporting development, design, and QA with clear and detailed specifications
15. Contributing to a behaviour-driven and test-driven development environment
16. Working on solutions spanning multiple platforms
17. Engaging in REST API design and interface definition
18. Applying different analytical methods and using version control systems
19. Creating and maintaining user stories and other artefacts
You check these boxes:
20. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT or banking industries
21. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and project documentation practices
22. Strong understanding of system architecture and software development life cycle (SDLC)
23. Strong experience with HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and Chrome DevTools
24. Understanding of modelling techniques and interface analysis
25. Proven ability to communicate clearly, listen effectively, and build shared understanding
26. Ability to be both diplomatic and assertive when it counts
27. Attention to consistency, structure, and detail
28. Comfort with owning and learning from your mistakes—and helping others do the same
29. Fluency in English, both written and verbal

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53.802,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
