We are seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to lead and improve our manufacturing operations across production, safety, and people.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with full accountability for performance outcomes, team capability, and operational discipline. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and building a high‑performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end manufacturing operations performance
* Drive and embed OH&S standards and safe work practices
* Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of production teams
* Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and 5S systems
* Improve output, efficiency, and waste reduction
* Set clear expectations and ensure accountability to deliver results
* Identify issues early and implement effective, practical solutions
About You
* Extensive experience leading manufacturing operations (typically 10+ years)
* Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable performance improvements
* Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S
* Confident managing safety and operational risk
* Proven ability to build, lead, and uplift team performance
* Experience leading manufacturing teams of 25 or more people
* Hands‑on leader who is visible on the floor and leads by example
* Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Australian work rights are required for this position
