Responsibilities:
* discover and validate groundbreaking technologies that will define the future of mobility
* transform visionary ideas into practical solutions for seamless integration into series development
* identify and assess emerging technologies with strong potential for innovation and impact
* design and conceptualize next-generation battery systems
* validate ideas through iterative prototyping and "build-fail-learn" experimentation
* take ownership of advanced development projects – from initial concept to series readiness
* collaborate closely with teams from Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, and other departments
Qualifications:
* completed technical degree in physics, materials science, electrical engineering, chemistry, mechatronics, or similar field
* at least 3 years of experience in a technical or R&D environment
* proficient in CAD tools, ideally CATIA V5
* hands-on, solution-oriented, and motivated by continuous learning
* German language skills are an advantage, but not required
