Your role
As a Requirements Engineer, you are the key interface between our customers and our internal teams, such as project management, consulting and software development. You ensure that complex requirements from the finance and insurance industry are clearly structured, documented and translated into successful IT solutions. Your place of work is in 3441 Einsiedl or 1040 Vienna, or on site at customer locations in Vienna.
Your responsibilities
* Analysing and structuring customer requirements in the area of output and customer communication management
* Working closely with our customers
* Supporting our customers in all phases of the project – from requirements gathering to implementation
* Ensuring smooth communication between customers and the project team
* Participating in relevant customer meetings on site (Vienna)
Your profile
* Technical education (e.g. HTL, FH or degree in IT) or comparable professional experience
* Experience as a requirements engineer, business analyst or in a comparable role
* Industry expertise in banking or insurance is an advantage
* Basic technical understanding of document or output management
* Strong communication and moderation skills to mediate between business and IT
* Analytical approach to work, structured approach to complex topics
* Fluent in German and English
