THE ROLE
Based in Innsbruck, AT | 15 September 2026 - 30 April 2027
Responsibilities
Sales Support
* Retail Sales support: assist FSSC sales representatives with management and servicing of Retail Partner accounts. Foster brand‑to‑Retail‑Partner relationships and facilitate execution of agreements.
* Product training sessions: visit Retail Partners’ store locations to educate shop staff about the brands and products to boost sell‑through.
* Work closely with Sales Representatives to call Retail Partner accounts to service needs such as order fulfillment and local sales events.
* Staff and assist with Retail Partner sales & community events—holiday sales, ski club sales, film screenings—traveling regionally and engaging customers in the store.
* Assist Regional Sales Team with trade show execution: set up booths, assist or lead sales appointments, service booth space, and transfer materials from show to show.
* Office administration: log orders, track sales, update CRM.
* Receive and inventory product samples at the Innsbruck office before trade shows and demos.
* General shipping and receiving of products at the Innsbruck office.
* Distribute sales tools and trade marketing assets to Retail Partners.
* Follow a set calendar of events as pre‑determined by you and your Manager.
Demo Management
* Manage FSSC's Austria and Germany product sample and showroom sets: receive, prep, tune, and track inventory.
* Participate actively in trade and consumer‑based ski & snowboard on‑snow demos and trade fairs, including regional travel.
* Transport product samples to and from events.
Role Specifics
* Report to the European Sales Manager.
* Approximately 40% of time traveling for work, predominantly across Austria.
* Weekend work required at times, earned back as ‘days in lieu’ per the employee handbook.
* Travel expenses covered by the company per handbook rules.

Requirements
* Native German speaker, fluent English.
* Valid driver’s licence B.
* Outgoing personality, comfortable communicating with retail partners on phone and in person.
* Self‑starter.
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Suite.
* Flexibility to travel for work.
* Flexibility to work on weekends.
A plus
* Winter sports retail experience.
* Hands‑on experience with skis & snowboards.
* Strong ski & snowboard product knowledge.
* Flexible schedule to allow work‑travel.
* Experience with a CRM system.
