Floor Manager Windsor. Store Salzburg (d/f/m)
In this varied role, you will manage an entire section of our store. You will be responsible for your department’s sales and revenue, controlling the flow of goods, and organizing staffing. Additionally, you will ensure the department layout is attractive and merchandise is presented to promote sales. Through personal and expert advice, supporting our discerning customers, your confident demeanor, and good manners, shopping in your department will become an experience. Your responsibilities also include leading, motivating, and coordinating your staff team.
Required experience and skills:
* Successfully completed commercial training in retail or a comparable education/training
* Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, such as an assistant department manager or deputy
* Great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
* Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills and highly developed people skills
The collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises applies: Minimum wage in employment group D level 1 is EUR 2,229 gross for a full-time workload, 14 times a year. Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications.
