Responsibilities
* Technical co-ownership of the global D365 Finance & Operations platform including administration via Lifecycle Services, Power Platform Admin Center and related Azure subscriptions.
* Ensure platform stability, availability and security including system monitoring, incident management and downtime communication.
* Support and guide implementations, rollouts, upgrades and data migrations in close collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners.
* End-to-end ownership of Azure DevOps including pipelines, release governance, branching strategies and continuous CI/CD optimization.
* Responsibility for environment and data management including sandbox refreshes and database movements to enable efficient development and testing.
* Maintain clear, up-to-date technical and architectural documentation to support scalability, knowledge sharing and long-term platform sustainability.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience within the D365 Finance & Operations ecosystem, including close collaboration with ISVs in enterprise environments.
* Strong expertise in Lifecycle Services and the Power Platform Admin Center, combined with solid exposure to Azure, DevOps and Microsoft cloud technologies.
* Broad IT understanding across infrastructure, integrations and complex multi-environment landscapes.
* Ability to think strategically and architecturally while remaining hands‑on and execution-focused.
* Confident bilingual communication skills in German and English, including written, verbal and presentation capabilities.
