For our location in Weiz, we are looking for a dedicated Team Leader Finance - Transformer Service Austria (m/f/d). In this role, you will define the strategic and operational priorities together with the technical management and lead a team of commercial experts.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
1. Responsibility for Financial Processes: You will take the lead and manage all financial processes in the Transformer Service Austria area and lead the finance team in accordance with the SE Leadership Essentials.
2. Financial Statement Preparation: The preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to local and international accounting standards is one of your central tasks.
3. Financial Planning and Budgeting: You will be responsible for financial planning, budget preparation, and conducting forecasting processes.
4. Compliance and Regulations: You will ensure compliance with all legal and internal financial and compliance requirements.
5. Financial Analysis and Strategy: You will analyze financial metrics, derive action strategies from them, and implement potential countermeasures together with the technical management.
6. Process Optimization and Digitalization: Optimizing and digitalizing processes, as well as supporting strategic initiatives in the Factory Network, are part of your responsibilities
7. Collaboration: You will work closely and trustfully with the technical management as well as internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring:
8. Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification.
9. Several years of professional experience in the finance sector in various functions, ideally with initial leadership experience.
10. Solid knowledge in the areas of commercial project execution, accounting, controlling, and reporting.
11. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking ability, and high problem-solving competence.
12. Strong communication skills, team orientation, and leadership competence.
13. Fluent in German and English.
