* Developing solutions for high-end software projects that help companies and organizations work more efficiently, sustainably, and in a data-driven way
* Implementing complex field-specific logic and algorithms in high-performance, easy-to-maintain software systems
* Collaborating with project management and different departments on projects, from business analysis and design to application architecture, implementation, and release
* Depending on your interests, you will also be involved in data-driven or AI-related use cases
#Wanted
* Strong knowledge of C# /.NET and experience implementing complex business logic
* Completed technical education (HTL, university, etc.) with a focus on software development, or several years of relevant professional experience
* Experience in developing REST services / APIs
* Experience with or interest in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
* Ability to translate complex requirements into algorithms, data structures, and software designs
* Proficiency in version control (Git) as well as testing and quality standards (test strategies, CI/CD, code reviews)
* Experience in business analysis and structured problem solving
* Knowledge of mathematical optimization, scheduling, routing, and search algorithms is an advantage
* Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
