Job Title: Field Service Technician – Snow technology (German and English / French) (m / f / d), Tyrol
Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and service specialized technical equipment across diverse snow‑related systems.
* Perform commissioning, maintenance, and on‑site support, off‑season on construction sites or during winter in mountainous areas.
* Provide technical diagnostics, repairs, and remote support to customers.
* Conduct customer training and product handovers, occasionally as part of on‑call duty.
* Manage workshop‑based service requests and prepare commercial service offers.
* Document each assignment carefully and maintain contact with the French headquarters.
* Spot business opportunities and actively promote the sale of machines or spare parts.
