What's the role?
In this role, you will lead a team of quality managers, ensuring that the quality of our products, services, and documentation within the BU Installations unit meets customer expectations as well as all relevant internal and external standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the successful delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions to our customers.
What does the role involve?
You will support new product development by ensuring product quality maturity at every project milestone and delivering high standards to market. You’ll coordinate internal quality issue resolution and manage customer complaints proactively. Your expertise will also contribute to supplier quality operations, including onboarding, audits, and recertifications. You’ll take ownership of quality risk management during product qualifications and changes, implementing early warning systems to prevent issues. Working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams, you’ll ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the organization. You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and audits, and promote knowledge sharing by capturing lessons learned.

What you need is:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
* At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management
* Solid knowledge of quality management tools, methodologies, and standards
* Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
* Strong track record in planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); German skills are a plus
