About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of our Dandenong South warehouse operations. You will work closely with your team to drive safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading daily warehouse operations through visible, hands‑on leadership
* Working alongside the team when required to meet operational demands
* Driving safety, compliance, and Chain of Responsibility standards
* Implementing and improving systems, processes, and workflows
* Developing and maintaining SOPs and operational documentation
* Recruiting, onboarding, and developing warehouse staff
* Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and service performance
* Building a strong, engaged, and accountable team culture
About You
You are a confident, approachable leader who earns respect through action, consistency, and strong work ethic.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
* Strong hands‑on leadership style
* Solid understanding of warehouse systems and operations
* Good knowledge of WMS and TMS. CartonCloud & Transvirtual experience preferred but not essential
* Knowledge of compliance, COR, and WHS requirements
* Demonstrated ability to build a positive safety culture
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Business or Management qualification (desirable, not essential)
