In this dynamic role, you'll analyze complex data, and inform product improvements to shape the future of technologyDevelop innovative products and solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving technology development and package development forwardLead product development tasks, serving as a technical counterpart for external stakeholders and conducting feasibility studies to ensure viability and profitabilityCollaborate intensivel with package development, application engineering, and core team members to define and release new products, including chip design, data sheets, and quality metricsAnalyze and correlate data across sites, setting up device characterization and managing technical documentation, such as specs, user manuals, and industry-standard collateralsGather customer feedback and market insights to inform product improvements, defining release criteria and driving post-launch performance optimizationWork closely with global teams across the US and South East Asia to define criteria, assess results, and lead quality initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolutionYour ProfileQualifications And Skills To Help You SucceedA university / university of applied science degree in Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Applied Physics or comparable with main focus on Device PhysicsKnowledge of discrete device testing and product optimizationUnderstanding / using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and / or simulation related tools for product development and / or reverse engineering expertiseAnalytical skills to interpret application data and make informed product decisionsKnowledge & working experience in device- and semiconductor physics (preferably in discrete devicesA background in product development, introduction layout or application engineering is highly appreciatedFluent English skills (German as a plus)This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group G ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
