# Vienna + Home Office Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software solutions
* Build you own team and service offer. Contribute to the team profit and loss and yearly result. Support in selling complex project.
* Work across modern technologies such as Javaand React, while also supporting and migrating legacy systems to the cloud
* Architect and implement microservicesand containerizedsolutions.
* Drive cloud adoption, prioritizing Google Cloud Platform, Azureand AWS.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to estimate projects, define technical strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals and Profit and Lossconsiderations.
* Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and foster technical growth within the team. Be responsible for the career path of your team.
* Ensure technical excellence and timely delivery through direct, efficient communication and leadership.
* Work effectively in regulated and diverse domains such as Banking, NGOs, and Telecom
Required Qualifications (Mandatory):
* Strong proficiency and hands on experience in Javaand React.
* Experience with microservices architectureand containerization(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Solid experience with cloud platforms– ideally Google Cloud, but also Azure and AWS.
* Demonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms. Demonstrated success In digital transformation programs, adopting new technologies and designing scalable architectures.
* Willingness to work with both modern and legacy technologies.
* Proven experience in project estimationand understanding Profit and Loss impactfrom a technical perspective.
* Strong soft skills and communicationabilities.
* Experience mentoring, hiring, and trainingjunior developers.
* Solid technical education (HTL, TU, FH, Uni) in Software Engineering or related fields
* Any professional certification in the relevant tech stack will be considered as a strong plus (e.g. GCP, Azure and AWS)
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
* Experience with .NET, C#, C++, and Python.
* German languageproficiency
