Your Job
Join our PMO team to steer high-impact initiatives, optimize resource planning, enable data-driven decisions, and drive process excellence. You will be the central interface maintaining oversight of ongoing and planned IT projects through continuous communication with teams and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Resource planning (capacity & demand evaluation, process maintenance, team staffing)
* Analyzing and interpreting project and company data
* Ensuring data quality for operative reporting
* Maintaining an overview of all ongoing and upcoming projects
Required Skills
* Business or technical education background
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (e.g., PMO, Project Controlling)
* Experience in resource management
* Knowledge of data management, statistics, and predictive analytics
* Proficiency in Excel; VBA knowledge is a plus
* Strong English communication skills (at least B2 level)

The minimum gross annual salary for this full-time role, as per the current collective agreement, is €53,802. Actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.
