Accountabilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-driven industries.
* Proven track record in inventory management, optimization, and workflow improvement.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Desired: Six Sigma or Lean Management certification, experience with automated inventory systems, and knowledge of industry-specific regulations.
