As the Energy Storage Account Director, you will lead the development and promotion of advanced energy storage solutions in CEE region, with a focus on electricity power system and commercial & industrial (C&I) applications. Your role includes to build ZTE own echo-system in the energy industry, and then identify the strategic opportunities, manage key stakeholders, participate in tenders, and align our technical solutions with customer needs. You will collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and solution teams to drive business growth in the CEE region, starting from Austria.Responsibilities·Market Development:Analyze and understand the CEE countries energy storage market landscape, analyze the EU/CEE country power/energy policies, engage with the key players, find out the market demand with the technology trends.·Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement local go-to-market strategies to promote our energy solutions including, solar power plant, C&I energy storge, massive energy storage, hybrid energy systems.·Tender and Proposal Management:Lead and coordinate bid activities for opportunities with telecom operators, municipal utilities (Stadtwerke), and large enterprises. Customize and deliver technical and commercial proposals.·Customer Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and EPCs. Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored energy solutions.·Technical Support & Workshops:Organize and deliver product presentations and technical workshops. Support customer field trials and provide remote or onsite technical assistance when needed.·Project and Sample Testing Coordination:Oversee the planning and execution of sample tests and pilot installations. Ensure effective performance evaluation with client stakeholders.Candidate Requirements·Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.·Experience:At least 3–5 years of experience in the electricity and energy industry with exposure to sales, engineering, or business development functions.·Technical Knowledge:Familiar with lithium battery systems, DC rectifier systems, solar inverters, and BMS/EMS. Experience with system installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting is preferred.·Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
