Your Mission
Trusted Sparring Partner to the Management Team Europe & CFO of the Group
Design and execute the ASTA Europe strategy
Lead and inspire Finance & Controlling teams in Austria and Bosnia
Drive all finance operations: reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis
Ensure compliance with UGB & IFRS and oversee tax & statutory reporting
Act as the go-to person for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
Lead digitalization & process optimization projects across sites
Your Profile
Degree in business or finance (Uni/FH)
Solid experience in accounting (UGB, IFRS) and controlling
Industry know-how, ideally in manufacturing
Strong IT affinity, advanced Excel skills, D365/Cognos a plus
Fluent in English, additional languages a benefit
Proven leadership & intercultural management skills
Strategic thinker with strong project & process management expertise

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for salaried employees in the electrical and electronics industry (FEEI) to Group I. We are prepared to offer a competitive, market-based package.
