From Berlin to London Vienna to Amsterdam we operate in 200 cities across Europe providing thousands of riders with bikes built for work not for show.

Your Mission
* E-Bike Maintenance : Youll care for our e-bikes and ensure theyre always in great condition. Regular checks will be part of your daily routine.
* Troubleshooting and Repairs : With your trained eye youll quickly identify issues. Youll not only repair but also share your knowledge with colleagues.
* Parts Management : Youll oversee our spare parts inventory and order necessary replacements. Youll be prepared for all situations.
* Your Own Fleet : Youll take responsibility for a group of e-bikes - from initial inspection to the final bolt.
* Mobile Service : Occasionally youll visit our partners to service e-bikes on-site.
* Customer Contact : Youll actively listen to our customers and seek feedback about our service. Your goal : happy customers!
Your skills and qualifications
* Experience : Previous experience with bicycles or e-bikes is great! Whether professional or as a hobby - the main thing is some basic knowledge. Experience in electronics mechanics or similar fields is a plus but not required.
* Bicycle Enthusiast : You dont just enjoy riding bikes and e-bikes; youre also interested in how they work and how to repair them.
* Language : Fluent in either English or German. Both are even better!
* MOBILITY : A driving license is an absolute MUST!!!
