Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute inspection and service visits
2. Implement Klüber TPM service elements at customer sites
3. Manage project planning and documentation in CRM systems
4. Prepare technical and sales documentation
5. Define requirements for new products and support product development
6. Contribute to the market launch of new products
7. Handle product-related complaints and application issues
8. Provide technical consulting at trade fairs and exhibitions
9. Develop benefit-oriented product arguments to support sales and applications
10. Create cost-benefit analyses and success stories (e.g., VCS)
11. Actively manage OEMs to obtain and renew approvals
12. Write technical articles and deliver expert presentations
13. Support sales through cross-selling activities
14. Continuously monitor the market for competitor products and pricing
15. Identify Klüber potential in the assigned region
Qualifications:
16. Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education
17. Very good command of English
18. Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
19. Market-oriented mindset and proactive approach
20. High level of cooperation and willingness to compromise
21. Strong team player
22. Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region
