For the newly established team Application Management Operations in the Function Corporate Information and Communication Technology (ICT) we are currently looking for a Teamlead with focus on Operations. Beside the disciplinary leadership of your team you are also responsible to drive innovations and process changes in the PALFINGER application landscape within the various SAP Operations modules and also cover the necessary support processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Disciplinary leadership and development of team members
* Implementation of operations requirements within the framework of PALFINGER release cycles with your team in close coordination with the Process and Data Organization (PDO)
* Optimization of internal and cross-departmental processes and structures in collaboration with other departments and the Palfinger Process and Data Organization (PDO)
* Coordination and collaboration with external service providers including budget monitoring and governance
QUALIFICATIONS
* Completed education (HTL/university degree) in the field of computer science, business administration, or relevant work experience in similar areas
* Several years of initial experience in team leadership or in larger projects
* Implementation knowledge in SAP logistics modules (MM, PP, WM, etc.)
* Structured, independent, and conscientious working style
* Fluent in English for international communication, willingness to travel worldwide up to 20%

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
