Now we’re looking for someone to join us and help keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities
You will ensure our five locations (office, production sites, warehouse, shop) are well kept, safe, and efficiently operated.
You will develop building maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements (including health & safety regulations).
You will manage external service providers (e.g. cleaning, waste disposal, security, etc.) and negotiate contracts.
You will proactively spot issues early and act fast with practical solutions.
You will lead one team member while laying the foundation for a growing facility department.
You will plan and control the budget for all facility-related topics.
You will coordinate projects such as office relocations and the future consolidation into a single HQ.
Your profile
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management in office and production environments.
You have proven experience in project management (e.g. relocations, site planning, etc.).
You have in depth knowledge of Austrian health & safety regulations and compliance.
You are someone who walks the floor, spots issues, acts fast and doesn’t just manage from their desk.
You have a hands-on mentality, organizational talent, and great negotiation skills.
You have excellent German and English language skills.
A driving license (Class B) is a plus.
