The Role
Join Kyndryl as a Senior SAP Consultant and be a catalyst for innovation and transformation. You will drive change and enable our customers to harness technology to achieve their ambitions. From healthcare to finance, you'll collaborate across industries, tailoring solutions to meet each client's needs.
The SAP Consultant plays a key role in planning and implementing SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Your responsibilities include:
1. Expanding our consulting portfolio with a focus on S/4HANA
2. Supporting customers in architecture and implementation of S/4HANA transformation projects, on-premise and cloud-based
3. Working with the latest SAP technologies, focusing on future topics of S/4HANA
4. Training and consulting colleagues on S/4HANA
5. Developing customer relationships and supporting presales activities
6. Creating roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA transformation
7. Defining and assessing solution requirements (e.g., BPML, Use Cases, Design Support)
8. Managing scope and change requests regarding technical requirements
9. Planning and controlling SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
10. Supporting quotations and presentations for SAP S/4HANA projects
Drawing on your analytical skills, you will gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into specifications. You will guide customers through SAP modernization, ensuring systems are future-proofed and optimized for success.

Required Skills and Experience
* 5+ years of consulting experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA implementations
* Experience with SAP modules such as Supply Chain, FI/CO, GRC/Security, CRM, BI
* Extensive SAP solution implementation experience
* Understanding of ABAP and BTP
* Customer-oriented with strong analytical skills
* Deep process knowledge of SAP products
* Familiarity with project methods and best practices
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Ability to work remotely or in distributed teams
* Team player capable of training and supervising others
* Fluent in German and English
* Willing to travel
Preferred Skills
* Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and certifications
* Basic knowledge of SAP automation and DevOps
* Experience with multinational professional services firms
