Lehrling – Information Technologist (w/m/d)

Your Role & Responsibilities
During the training you will:
* Plan, build, and maintain networks.
* Install, configure, and maintain servers and server operating systems as well as hardware and software systems.
* Learn about IT security and implement security measures.
* Analyze and resolve technical and network problems.
* Create, update, and distribute protocols and documents.
* Support customers with inquiries.
The work model for the role is onsite.

* Apprenticeship: must meet legal requirements (completion of compulsory schooling, residence in Austria or appropriate authorization).
* Basic technical understanding of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems.
* Problem‑solving skills with logical thinking.
* Communication skills in German and English to work with clients.
* Teamwork and collaboration.
* Security awareness and best practices.
* Organization and time management.
* Flexibility and adaptability to evolving technologies.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is €1,223.52 gross per month (May 2025).
