Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in Austria (tobacconists, supermarkets, e-commerce, MD, etc.) to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market dynamics and conduct analysis in Austria and neighboring markets; design localized sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand channel coverage.
Collaborate with the sales team, focusing on the Austrian market while supporting business expansion in other European markets.
Follow up on partner needs, coordinate internal resources, and provide tailored solutions to boost product performance.
Track and analyze the sales process, collect competitor insights, identify new opportunities, and provide timely feedback on customer requirements and market changes.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience in e-cigarette, tobacco industry; existing networks in Austrian retail, tobacco, e-commerce, or MD channels preferred.
Proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
Native or near-native proficiency in German, with fluent English for daily business communication.
Familiarity with Austrian regulatory requirements for tobacco/e-cigarette products is a strong plus.
High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Travel and License Willing to travel; hold an Austrian driving license is a must.
Legal Work Status Legal Work Status in Austria.
