We are a family-run innovation company and have been selling our globally unique, unbreakable glasses and sunglasses through specialty retailers for over 10 years. gloryfy unbreakable eyewear stands for innovation, quality, and glasses “Made in Austria” – developed and produced in the heart of the Tyrolean Zillertal.
To strengthen our Customer Service team, we are looking for a committed employee with a passion for customer service and an open ear for our customers’ concerns.
Responsibilities
* Processing orders
* Service and complaint handling
* Written and telephone support for our B2C and B2B customers
* Management and maintenance of customer master data
* Various office tasks
Requirements
* You have completed commercial training
* You are flexible, motivated, and a team player
* You have relevant professional experience
* You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills
* You have excellent MS Office skills
* You’re outgoing and have no problem approaching people
* You are precise, reliable, and responsible
