Overview
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international service organization based in Athens. In this role, you will support customers across multiple communication channels while delivering a consistent, high-quality service experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone, email, and digital channels
* Provide assistance related to product usage and basic troubleshooting
* Handle inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related matters
* Deliver effective after-sales support with a customer-focused approach
* Accurately record customer interactions in internal CRM systems
* Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
* Identify complex cases and escalate them according to internal procedures
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution
Candidate Profile
* Native or near-native German (C1–C2)
* Good command of English (B2 or higher)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* High level of customer orientation and attention to detail
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
* Basic computer literacy and confidence using CRM tools
