* Processing ongoing payroll and salary accounting in compliance with labor law, tax, and social security regulations
* Joint responsibility with the HR department for the entire employee life cycle
* Supporting the HR department in preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other HR-related documents
* Acting as a point of contact for management, executives, and employees in matters relating to labor law, social security, and payroll tax
* Participation in HR projects and the development of HR processes
* Written correspondence with employees, authorities, and other institutions

* Completed commercial education
* Knowledge of human resources, particularly payroll and salary accounting
* Successfully completed payroll accounting certification is an advantage
* A structured, reliable, and independent working style
* Team spirit and a strong service-oriented mindset
* Experience in the HR field is an advantage
* Confident handling of MS Office applications

Your travel budget amounts to a gross monthly salary of €2,700, with willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
