Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Plan and execute transfer and conversion projects as project leader, based on technical feasibility and product volume forecasts * Ensure project quality and take full ownership of scope, budget, and timeline, even in challenging environments * Coordinate all project sub streams, including frontend transfer, test enabling, frontend-backend interaction, backend readiness, product qualification, and release to ensure a smooth production ramp-up * Establish effective reporting and meeting structures, provide regular project status updates, and escalate critical issues in a timely manner * Lead and steer cross-functional and international project teams, providing guidance, direction, and mentoring to less experienced team members * Identify risks early, define mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive escalation of critical issues * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, processes, and methodologies Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Microsystems Technology, Physics or a comparable qualification * Proven project management experience of at least 6 years in the semiconductor or high-tech industry, including a minimum of 4 years in a project leadership role * In-depth project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation * Solid knowledge of the semiconductor environment, particularly in CMOS and power semiconductors * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional and international teams * Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient working style, even under challenging conditions * Experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus * Excellent English communication skills, German is considered an advantage We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
