Part-time Student – Marketing & Event Management, 60–80% (f/m/x)
Job Description
Your role
* Support in the planning, organization and execution of events, trade fairs, webinars and conferences – with the opportunity to gradually take on independent responsibility
* Organization of customer visits and training sessions, as well as management of our event equipment and giveaways
* Maintenance and quality assurance of data in Microsoft D365 CRM as a basis for successful marketing and sales activities
* Preparation of presentations and templates, as well as content support for our digital channels, such as LinkedIn, our website and email campaigns
* Support in a variety of general marketing and organizational tasks, with room to contribute your own ideas
What makes you a great fit
* Ongoing commercial education, e.g. studies in business administration, marketing or a related field
* Strong organizational skills, a structured and precise way of working and high reliability
* Enjoyment of communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
* Nice to have (not required): Initial practical experience in marketing or event management, as well as willingness to travel occasionally for events.
