Your role
* Be part of a cross-functional agile development team.
* Ensure the software quality of our measurement devices and desktop application throughout the development life cycle.
* Design and execute system tests on our established, long-running system landscape and guide the release cycle.
* Plan and conduct field tests from a customer perspective and analyze issues that arise.
* Develop, execute and maintain automated tests for our software solutions in C#.
* Ensure a shared understanding of requirements and enable well‑founded decisions by collaborating closely with product management and development.
* Actively support knowledge sharing within the team and continuously develop your technical expertise.

* Electrotechnical or mechatronics background and relevant work experience in quality assurance.
* Familiarity with test automation and object‑oriented programming.
* The ability to pay attention to detail and to think outside the box.
* Confident communication skills in English.
* Excellent ability to translate complex technical matters into clear and structured information for different stakeholders.
* High level of initiative and curiosity, with a proactive approach to expanding expertise and sharing knowledge within the team.

Statutory notice: the monthly salary may considerably exceed the level stipulated by the collective labour agreement. The actual salary is based on the individual professional qualification and experience.
