Job Description
* Executive Support & Reporting
o Prepare high-impact reports, dashboards, and strategic briefings for global Supply Chain Managers and the executive board.
o Track key end-to-end supply chain KPIs within the steel industry and operational metrics; consolidate input from business units for decision-making.
o Control and monitor stock levels of finished goods across locations, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and production capacity.
o Coordinate cross-functional reviews, support strategic and tactical planning, and global leadership meetings.
* Stakeholder Management
o Ensure active stakeholder management and collaboration between SCM team and internal/external stakeholders.
o Facilitate communication across regions, departments, and time zones with professionalism and clarity.
o Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, finance, and logistics departments to align strategies.
o Ensure timely follow-ups, alignment on priorities, and smooth information flow at the executive level.
* Project & Initiative Coordination
o Support execution of enterprise-wide initiatives across supply chain functions like procurement, logistics, digital transformation, and sustainability.
o Identify potential risks in the finished goods supply chain and develop contingency plans.
o Drive continuous improvement projects and measures.
o Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation for strategic projects.
* Confidentiality & Executive Presence
o Handle sensitive information with discretion.
o Represent the Global Supply Chain Management Team professionally across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
* Experience in analysis, reporting, and transforming data for executive decision-making.
* Experience in supply chain management and controlling in an international or industrial environment.
* Consulting or business analyst background is beneficial.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI tools.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach.
* Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.

Salary package and benefits: The minimum monthly gross salary is €4,640.81 (14 payments per year), with potential overpayment based on experience and qualifications.
