If you come from an educational background with an economic, linguistic, or technical focus, you can join our business directly. We also offer an intensive trainee program called "Train the Winner" for those without industry experience, where you will develop your professional and social skills under the guidance of a coach. As the WALTERGROUP continues to grow, new career opportunities regularly arise.
Generally, professional experience or industry knowledge are not required for entry into our operational roles. We train new employees through our "Train the Winner" program, covering both theory and practice. However, experience in areas like IT, Legal, or Sales can be advantageous, and we offer attractive career paths in these departments. Please check our employment opportunities for more information.
We do not offer traditional apprenticeships such as freight forwarding manager or office clerk.
