What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Support and further develop quality systems and standards across multiple sites in the region
* Support local QA teams in audit preparation, assessments and compliance-related topics
* Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
* Facilitate problem-solving activities and root cause analysis using established QA methods
* Support plants in quality planning, testing methods and process control activities
* Analyse quality KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide guidance and training on quality tools, standards and best practices
* Support customer complaint handling and quality-related troubleshooting activities
* Collaborate closely with production, OPEX and local QA teams across the region
What makes you great
* Degree in Quality, Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing, ideally in packaging, automotive or pharma
* Good understanding of quality methods and tools such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D, SPC and audits
* Experience with complaint handling, testing procedures and process control
* Structured and practical approach to problem solving
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting local teams through collaboration, training and knowledge sharing
* Proactive and reliable way of working
* Confident user of MS Office applications
* Very good English skills
* Readiness to travel up to 30% within the CEEU region
