Business Officer & Controller (all genders)
Full-time (38,5 hours per week)
€ 3.743,- and € 5.518,- per month

Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring smooth usage and resolving technical issues with external support as needed.
Monitor and present regular reporting on the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requests, requisition approval timelines, purchase ordering, goods/services receipts, and order tracking.
Conduct financial, statistical, and other business analyses to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Monitor and control budget expenditures, highlighting variances and supporting corrective actions.
Serve as the key point of contact for Business Office-related system administration and process optimization.
Lead or participate in cross-departmental projects related to ERP system enhancements, process improvements, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications University degree in Business Administration
Excellent knowledge in German and English
2-5 years relevant working experience (accounting, controlling, procurement)
Strong understanding of business processes and administration
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting principles
Profound knowledge of Excel, BMD or similar ERP systems
Well organized and good communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact positively in an international educational environment
