For the Austrian location in the south of Vienna (close to U6 station) we are looking for an Accounting Assistant (m/w/d) with a strong emphasis on accuracy!
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
* Support in the preparation of VAT reports
* Support for controlling activities
* Prepare for Intrastat reporting
* Occasional accounting of invoices and receipts
* Perform general administrative tasks and organize office operations
Your Profile:
* Completed commercial education, ideally with further training in accounting
* First experience in accounting and interest in expanding this knowledge
* Experienced in MS Office, especially Excel
* Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
* Excellent knowledge of English as a working language, fluent German
* Independent and precise working style, team player, and highly reliable
