Now, we’re taking the next leap: creating a seamless and secure cannabis e-commerce experience.

And we want you on board to help scale it.

Your Mission:

As Senior Product Manager – Growth, you’ll take full ownership of our e-commerce platform – from user acquisition to retention. You’ll lead growth initiatives, optimize user journeys, drive performance through data, and scale our product across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define & execute growth strategy – Lead acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives through rapid testing.

* Optimize UX/UI – Improve navigation, checkout flows, and mobile experiences to drive conversions.

* Lead with data – Run A/B tests and translate behavioral data into product decisions.

* Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and UX to ship impactful features.

* Scale globally – Launch mobile-first experiences across new markets with localized strategies.

* Integrate marketing & SEO – Align product growth with paid campaigns, organic search, and referral tactics.



Your Profile:

* Experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments.

* Proven ability to drive measurable product impact through experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

* Hands-on knowledge of checkout flows, payment systems, and conversion rate optimization within online marketplaces.

* Strong customer empathy and a user-first mindset, with practical experience conducting or partnering on user research.

* Solid track record improving user journeys, retention, and engagement across web and mobile platforms, using a channel-agnostic approach focused on delivering seamless, high-conversion experiences.

* Highly analytical and data-driven – comfortable defining and monitoring success metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to align teams and present complex ideas clearly.

* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
