Tasks
Coordinate team, partners, clients and projects
Support the founder in daily operational and administrative tasks
Handle meetings and back-office magic
Organize internal communication & external requests
Help find and welcome new talent
Be the go-to person who gets things done
Improve our workflows day by day
Requirements
First experience in a similar role
Native German, fluent English
Organized multitasking skills & self-discipline
Strong empathy skills to connect with team & clients
Problem-solving mindset & endurance
Passion for Hospitality and Social Media
Confident with email, calendars, Slack, Canva, Notion or similar tools
Strong communication skills
