The Opportunity
As our Challenger 300/350 First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and polished operations, delivering exceptional service while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, compliance, and teamwork. What You'll Do Operate the CL‑30 in accordance with company SOPs, EASA regulations, and industry best practices. Assist the Captain with flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel planning. Execute departures, en‑route, and approach procedures to the highest standard, including IFR operations. Deliver a refined passenger experience while maintaining safety as the top priority. Uphold exemplary Crew Resource Management, communication, and decision‑making. Maintain aircraft readiness through diligent pre‑and post‑flight duties and accurate documentation. Demonstrate flexibility for changing schedules, European and intercontinental routing, and short‑notice assignments. What You Bring Outstanding flying skills with sound judgement and situational awareness. Total Time: 1000 hours minimum In Type (CL‑30): 500 hours minimum Type Rating: Current and valid on Challenger 300/350 License: EASA fATPL with IR and ME Medical: Class 1 English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher Unrestricted, valid passport and ability to travel freely. Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required. Based in Europe with flexibility to position as needed. Note: Visa sponsorship is not provided.
