Responsibilities
* Fully responsible for Kubernetes environments.
* Design, operation, and continuous improvement of Kubernetes clusters (on-premise and/or cloud-based) for our software solutions.
* Automation of deployments and infrastructure using GitOps and CI/CD pipelines.
* Monitoring, logging, and performance optimization of systems.
* Ensuring compliance with business-critical requirements for availability, scalability, and security.
* Evaluation of new tools and technologies in the cloud-native ecosystem.
* Creative freedom in a company poised to increase its revenue manyfold in coming years.
* Work in a startup mentality with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making.
* Use of cutting‑edge tools and artificial intelligence for optimization.
Profile
* Solid experience building and operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
* Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as Argo CD and Flux.
* Knowledge of commonly used cloud-native observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
* Experience with networking topics in the cloud-native ecosystem (CNIs, Network Policies, etc.).
* Enthusiasm for current AI topics and AI tools for agentic engineering.
* Passion for open source and elegant, innovative solutions.
