Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the overall office experience, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.
* Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and arranging refreshments.
* Serve as the main liaison with landlords and external service providers for maintenance and repairs.
* Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and support.
* Assist the People & Culture team in planning and coordinating in-office events and team activities.
* Organize special occasions such as birthdays and work anniversaries to foster a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
* A background in administrative or office management roles.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in common office tools and software.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
* A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to take ownership.
