* You will manage customer projects in the areas of eCommerce and customer loyalty. You can also be involved in key account projects.
* You coordinate between customers, sales, design and development.
* You keep track of timelines and resources and ensure qualitative and efficient implementation.
* You support and advise customers during and after project implementation.
* You service existing customers and support our B2B customer support team.
This is what we want from you
* Tourism/economic or technical training. Ideally completed studies.
* First experience with IT or web projects.
* High quality awareness, good organizational skills, reliability and independence.
* Interest in and basic understanding of the web and e-commerce from a technical and business perspective.
* Strong curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies.
* Communicative personality who enjoys contact with customers.
What we offer you
For this position, we offer a gross salary from €2,400 per month for a full‑time position. Convince us with your skills and experience and we will be happy to pay you more. We will be happy to tell you everything else in a personal interview.
