Line Manager: Head of Marketing Central Europe
Contract Terms: 1-year fixed-term contract (parental leave cover)
Responsibilities
* Plan, implement and report marketing campaigns for Ticketmaster Austria (On- & Offline).
* Run Ticketmaster’s social media and content channels (website, blog, etc.) for Austria: create, post and manage content.
* Develop marketing campaigns for Ticketmaster Austria in collaboration with media partners, contributing expertise (e.g. OOH and print).
* Maintain close contact with promotor clients and business partners, supporting the sales team with marketing presentations and B2B marketing tasks.
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing Central Europe and the Regional Market Lead for Austria, supporting daily business tasks.
Qualifications
* Completed studies focused on Marketing/Communication/Social Media.
* High affinity for e-commerce and online marketing, up-to-date with social media and online marketing trends.
* Marketing allrounder with first professional experience in social media and content marketing in an international environment.
* Experience with design programs (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma) is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills and a natural design sense.

* Outgoing, hands‑on mentality, enjoying fast‑paced environments.
* Structured way of working, detail‑lover, focused on goals.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Fluent in German (spoken and written).

* Passion for music, live industry, concerts, theatre and sports.
