Your Tasks
* Supporting the implementation and embedding of the environmental and social aspects of the VIG sustainability programme within the Group.
* Shaping the evolution of the VIG sustainability programme by taking into account the Managing Board’s requirements as well as regulatory developments.
* Creating a knowledge base related to sustainability by monitoring and identifying emerging developments in connection with ESG/sustainability (regulation, requirements of the capital markets and society, competitors).
* Involvement in internal and external communications (rating, capital market, NGOs, etc.).
Your Profile
* Degree with a focus on sustainability, economics/business or law.
* At least three years’ professional experience in the field of sustainability, preferably in a group setting.
* Experience in the insurance industry and project management is an advantage; knowledge of methodological principles (e.g. PCAF, ESRS, etc.).
* Structured, precise, and proactive approach.
* Very strong analytical skills and a solutions-driven approach.
* Very good German and English skills.
* Willingness to travel.

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,556.03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours/week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience; therefore, we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
